We offer Window Protection Films perfectly suited for Excavators, Dozers, Drill Rigs, Graders, Dump Trucks, Loaders and all mine site vehicles.
Our external and internal protection film products offer impact resistant protection and object intrusion protection for your glass which greatly improves the service life of your windows and creates greater operator comfort. While also reducing replacement frequency and ultimately operating costs they also offer UV protection and sound protection.
We design and manufacture Hi Impact laminated glass for the full range of mining equipment and mine site vehicles. Our XIR Glass product significantly increases operator comfort by reflecting 99% of ultra violet rays and significantly reducing operational noise through the XIR PVB interlayer used in the production of our Hi Impact laminated glass. Our glass is engineered to provide maximum protection and durability for the harsh mining and construction environments.
We custom design and manufacture window frames specifically for easy on-site installation, reducing the need for on-site glaziers and specialist tools. Our window frames allow for quicker and safer replacement of your windscreens than some OEM designs. Our custom made transport stands allow for easier, safer handling of your glass products during procurement to and from site and greater protection of your glass products while being stored and handled on site.
Our team carry out glass repairs and replacements on-site. With our licensed and experienced staff, we can quickly and efficiently have your equipment back to work with minimal downtime.
Our mine-spec vehicles are equipped to carry out all aspects of glazing on-site. Our technicians have the ability to CAD draw the windows on-site and send the drawings back to our Perth workshop for faster turnaround times if required.
We use CNC waterjet cutting technology to create precise and accurate cuts to your glass. With our advanced equipment and experienced technicians, we can cut glass of all shapes and sizes to meet your exact requirements.
Our high-impact window protection films add a strong layer of protection to windscreens making it perfect for protecting mining machinery that are susceptible to frequent windscreen chips.
365 Glass also offer anti-intrusion films to reduce cabin intrusions from impacts. These films offer protection while maintaining complete visual clarity and further improving noise attenuation.
Our team have spent their careers providing a high level of maintenance support services for the mining & construction industry, and we are now bringing this experience to clients with earthmoving glass & products.
